1 cup water
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 scoop protein powder (I like Sun Warrior chocolate)
1 handful of kale
1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
A hefty sprinkle of cinnamon
handful of ice
Place all in a bender and puree until smooth!
Optional add-ins:
1 Tablespoon peanut butter or other nut butter
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
Flax seeds
