TILAPIA WITH CHIA SEEDS & SEA SALT PAN FRIED IN AVOCADO OIL


YOU CAN ORDER THE CHIA SEEDS AND THE AVOCADO OIL FROM CHOSEN FOODS.  YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. IN FACT, THIS DINNER WILL BE A WEEKLY ADDITION FOR US.  NOT ONLY WAS IT DELICIOUS BUT IT WAS FAST AND HEALTHY, TOO! DREDGE TILAPIA IN 1 BEATEN EGG AND THEN INTO A MIXTURE OF BREAD CRUMBS (I USE GF ALEIA'S) AND CHIA SEEDS.  SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
HEAT AVOCADO OIL IN SKILLET.   PAN FRY TILAPIA UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON EACH SIDE.  SPRINKLE WITH SEA SALT, CHOPPED SCALLIONS AND FRESH LEMON. EAT WHILE HOT!
