GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES


DO YOU LOVE SOMEONE WHO IS GLUTEN FREE? THEN YOU MUST, MUST, MUST BAKE THEM A BATCH OF THESE KILLER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!!!!!
1 cup butter (softened)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cup rice flour**
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. xanthan gum**
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. choc. chips (or other variety)
PREHEAT 350. CREAM BUTTER, SUGARS. ADD EGGS, VANILLA. ADD FLOUR, SODA, GUM, SALT & CHIPS. CHILL FOR 15 MINUTES. BAKE 10-14 MINUTES MMMMM!!! I LIKE TO BAKE THESE ON MY CONVECTION OVEN SETTING, IF YOU HAVE IT!

  2. HEY TARA! IF YOU USE A FLOUR THAT IS GF AND HAS XANTHAN ALREADY IN IT-THEN OMIT THE XANTHAN
