OOEY GOOEY GF MARSHMALLOW OREO BARS





1 BOX GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX (I USED CHERRYBROOK KITCHEN BRAND)
8T. SOFT BUTTER
1 EGG
1 1/2C. CHOCOLATE CHIPS
14 OUNCE CAN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
14 GLUTINO OREO COKIES-COARSLEY CHOPPED
LARGE MARSHMALLOWS FOR DECORATION, CUT IN HALF HORIZONTALLY
OPTIONAL: MELTED WHITE CHOCOLATE FOR DRIZZLE

PREHEAT OVEN 350 AND LINE 9X13 PAN WITH NONSTICK FOIL. IN MIXER, COMBINE CAKE MIX, BUTTER AND EGG TO FORM A DOUGH. PRESS INTO PAN. LAY OREOS ON TOP. POUR ON CONDENSED MILK AND TOP WITH CHOC CHIPS. BAKE 23-25 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOL. LAY LARGE MARSHMALLOW HALVES ON TOP AND DRIZZLE WITH MELTED WHITE CHOCOLATE. LET SET AND THEN CUT!!!!
