DREDGE
 TILAPIA IN 1 BEATEN EGG AND THEN INTO A MIXTURE OF BREAD CRUMBS (I USE 
GF ALEIA'S) AND CHIA SEEDS.  SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER. 
HEAT
 AVOCADO OIL IN SKILLET.   PAN FRY TILAPIA UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON EACH 
SIDE.  SPRINKLE WITH SEA SALT, CHOPPED SCALLIONS AND FRESH LEMON. EAT
